Awkward shall be the word of the day...

Yesterday was...awkward. It was a great day and all, but one little thing made me a wee bit suspicious...
I was sitting in my Spanish class, minding my own business while watching a movie that has been repeated over every year in Spanish (By the way, I'm in Spanish 3, but still know nothing.). So I sit at a table with four people on it including me: I'm on top right, a friend who has the same name as me sits diagonally from me (bottom left), a pretty cool guy whom I'll call Teddy sits left of me, and a weird guy sits across from me whom I shall call...Melvin.
Melvin is fun and easy to talk to and a really good guy, don't get me wrong. But it's just that moment when he pulled out his phone when I wasn't looking, and took a picture of me 'secretly'...My friend sits right next to him, so she knows exactly what he did. Once she saw that, I looked back at her, and she said, "He took a picture of you." I made a face that looked very similar to this: O_O...what? Did a guy really think I wasn't that bad looking to take a picture of me...? 'Cause I swear his phone would shatter any minute with a picture of me on there...
I was in a blank stare when he responded calmly, "I didn't take a picture of you. I was texting. See?" Melvin showed me the screen of his phone, and it was indeed the texting screen which then Teddy received a text from him a few seconds later. WELL as you can probably guess I was confused. Very confused.
This morning during gym, I asked my same friend who saw what Melvin did what really happened, and she confirmed that he really did take a picture of me. She told me the exact details, and I believed her, because, who am I going to trust? A weird kid that possibly lied to me? Or a friend that I've known for a while and wouldn't joke about that kind of stuff?
Right. And I guess it got around because she told some of her friends. Just some. In seminary, a girl that I barely know turned around and said with a smile, "So I guess you have a new stalker," The first thought that came up was, Wait -- new stalker? I have OTHER stalkers?! But then I replied, "I guess so..." and the people around me wouldn't stop staring at me after that. It was a very awkward seminary class.
They made a huge deal for a few seconds worth of Spanish. Well, at least my life is getting a teensy bit more interesting. I can't imagine what tomorrow will be like...
Oh yeah, I forgot to announce that I SARA HAVE BEAT MELVIN IN AN ARM WRESTLE because I'm that cool. Ha ha, that remind me of this picture:

     Yup, that's me right there.

So I am proud to say that I found pictures for ALL my main characters. The other not-as-important characters aren't...as important. Well, I guess I should show you them:

  EVAN

 FAITH AND HOPE

MOE

NOAH

WILLOW

                               ZADIRA

GREYSON

Note: I DO NOT OWN THESE PICTURES. I found them off of Google (the place where you ALWAYS find stuff).
Well, I showed you them. Happy? You should be. Because I'm glad I finally ordered those pictures right. They were EVERYWHERE...

That's all that I have to say now...I have to get back to those dang current events due tomorrow. Geez, have some sympathy for us you demanding, heartless, insane teacher!  ....I didn't say that. But it's true...I think my geography teacher is going to live in an asylum one day (if he doesn't die, that is). And I didn't say that either, okay?

Just some random stuff...

You know how you sometimes just feel this urge to write something after thinking of a couple of words? That's what happened to me yesterday. If you're a writer, you probably know what I'm talking about.
So yesterday I kept on thinking of the words 'I love you' and I hate you' (How I got thinking of that, I don't know myself). Then the words popped into my head: 'I was you'. I was babysitting my siblings and hula hooping at that time (for some reason...), and I think my brothers saw the lightbulb pop out of nowhere. That's probably why they gave me that strange look.
I dropped my hula hoop (well, not completely), and ran upstairs to type something including those words on my computer (which I am using right now). It took me a minute or two to actually start writing something. I didn't know what I was writing exactly, but it seemed to turn out into a good introduction to a story. It's only one page, even after thirty minutes of writing it.
I wasn't very sure if I wanted to post this, because it wasn't very 'good'. But after I showed my mom, I felt like I should. So, I'm going to use the usual 'copy' and 'paste' thing from Word to here. Just to remind you, THIS IS NOT PART OF THE STORY I PLAN TO WRITE. And yes, you may become very confused with this. Just FYI.

“You’ve got it all wrong,” she told me. “I am you.”

The words stung me like acid. I became speechless. She saw me freeze, and her eyes softened.
“It was nice meeting myself, actually,” she expressed, looking upward with her hazel eyes. We have always been looked like each other, but we’d never guess it meant we were each other. Well, I wouldn’t have.
Her smile didn’t show her teeth, just the perfectly formed pink lips. Her long golden hair whipped in the wind as she stepped back. “I’ve told you too much,” she said in her sweetest voice.
A look of dismay crossed my face, and I stretched out my hand to try to reach her. She kept stepping back, inch by inch. And that’s when I noticed. She was leaving. My own self was leaving me. Just like everybody else here did.
“No,” I whimpered like a little child. “Don’t…go,” I struggled to find words.

The smile never left her face.

She hesitated to speak in those last moments. “I…” she stopped to find the right words. “…was you.”
A strong wind  blew through the vast field, and I became desperate for her to stay. She was a mere ten feet away from me, and I grabbed my last chance. I raced forward, my right hand outstretched, hot tears starting to drip off my cheeks. She did the thing that I was always afraid of – she let her large angelic white wings loose, some feathers falling into the grasp of the wind.
I had only seen her wings twice, but I already knew I didn’t want them there. The first time I saw them, I knew she would leave me with them somehow. And now this is how it’s going to happen. She gave one final wave while my legs pushed me farther into her direction.
In one beat of her wings, she shot into the sky like a rocket, and left a cloud of memories in the wind. And she…was gone. I immediately halted, and all that was left was my memories. My memories, and the disbelief that I left myself.

But then it reached me – If I’m her…then doesn’t that mean…I am different like her?
The thought scrambled in my head for an answer. I couldn’t take my eyes off the colorless sky; I would wait for her to return. I quietly promised myself I would wait.

But a silent voice told me that it was only the beginning of a very long lonesome.

So...that's all I've got for now. I guess it could mix in with what I'm writing...but I'll figure that out later. This is VERY rough if you haven't noticed, and I might change a few things.
LIGHTBULB! I just had an amazing idea! Okay, so to fully understand my story, I'm going to write how Chaos came to be (If you don't know who that is, check my last post). This point of view may connect to Damien (Chaos)...and that's all I've got.
I also wanted to show you pictures of Chaos:

COOL HUH? The first two are in his evil state, as in the present. The last one ^ is of Damien becoming The Dark Lord or Chaos (which oddly looks a lot like Spiderman...). He's got those eyes that see right through you. I want them to stay like that. It's cooler that way.
I am not sure yet on why he grew up to be this way, but it'll come soon. I'm planning to work on it as soon as I'm done with this post. And I'll have to work FAST, because I don't have a lot of time...
But you've got to admit, it's pretty cool beans, right?

Tuesday, October 18, 2011

Yep, it's a post on my story again.

If you hate how I'm constantly talking about my story, then feel free to click the exit button on the top right corner (Not the left, silly. Everybody knows THAT). Ha ha ha...I'm KIDDING by the way. But really. If you really feel the urge to...
ANYWAYS for those of you who have 'coincidentally' found my website, you may find yourselves a little bit confused there sitting behind that monitor of yours. The main reason from your confusion may be the lack of smarts of my hopefully soon-to-be awesome published book. Well, if you're somebody that I don't quite know well enough, that's you smart one. But if I do know you well, I may have at least mentioned it three times in your entire life. Even if I only mentioned it twice, this is the third time (see how clever I am? I even surprise myself sometimes!).
At the moment I am listening to 'Never Forget' from the video game Halo. IT'S SO PWETTY! I can play it on the piano, but it doesn't sound near as good as it does on my IPod.  I don't listen to the 'blah blah blah' songs as my little sister puts it (That's songs with weird words in it), but instead to instrumental. Yeah, it sounds boring right? But if you're a person with good imagination (like me), you find it hard to listen to songs with words in it because the story is limited. But with instrumental, you can create any happening. No, I don't listen to classical. Just piano is boring. I listen to a variety of instruments and...nevermind. You'll understand it if I show it to you.
WOW I got sidetracked big time there. So, the real reason I wanted to create a new post was because I created a new way of showing my characters personalities (Yes, Emma, you can use this method if you REALLY want to). The way I do it is write one character's name down, then have all the other characters say something about them. It's kind of like an interview, I guess you could say. If you don't understand it yet, just keep reading. You'll get there someday. I hope.

RAINE
Evan: She's one of my best friends. We're opposites, but that's what makes life interesting for me. *smiles*
Willow: Raine? She's my best friend! We tell each other secrets, and we're like sisters. *rambles on about friendship*
Noah: Raine's a pretty good friend of mine. I've known her for a while. although, she's not open with her feelings.
Faith & Hope: Raine is awesome. She's one of the few who keep our pranks a secret...*mischievous smiles*
Moe: Raine is so nice to me! Even though I'm small, she doesn't pick on me like Evan and Willow do. She's like my older sister.
Zadira: Ugh. Can't stand her around Evan! She's always messes around with my Evan! How can he stand her? She's not even that pretty...
Greyson: Raine? Don't get me started. She's brave, strong, independent...kind of like me. We match perfectly. But she still sticks with Evan...

You see what I'm doing now? Well you should. I'm not typing for them, they're letting their personalities come out with their feelings about other characters. Except for Raine of course, because she's me. I am Raine. Raine's not some random girl off the street. She looks like me. Just thought I'd get that strait. Well, I've got a LOT of typing to do, so have fun reading. Oh yeah, I thought I'd let you know I came up with these before hand, not just on the spot. I've got the feeling my hands are going to get pretty tired here soon.

EVAN
Raine: Evan is always there for me, and it's kind of nice. Not that I like him though! *blushes* Don't get the wrong idea!
Willow: Evan is my brother, pretty much. We look alike, and he makes me laugh no matter what. But he seems more protective around Raine.
Noah: We've been best buds forever. He can make anybody happy at anytime.
Faith & Hope: Not as cool as Raine...but funny. He can be helpful at times. >:)
Moe: He always teases me about looking like a second grader! He smiles a lot, but teases too much.
Zadira: Evan? You mean MY Evan? He's my soul mate! We were meant to be! He's so cute, and his eyes...*won't stop talking about Evan*
Greyson: Evan is my twin. Not that we are alike, though. We're the exact opposite. If you ask me, he's around Raine too much.

WILLOW
Raine: Willow's my best friend. She's always looking out for me. I don't know what I'd do without her.
Evan: She's a great friend and person. But that changes when her other side breaks loose because of Noah's remarks, or Moe's annoying self.
Noah: She has feelings for me but won't admit it. I do too, but whenever I show them, her destructive side, and her hammer come after me...
Faith & Hope: She's funny. We like her angry side. Especially when the hammer comes out. Then we have an interesting show to watch.
Moe: She hates me for some reason! I don't know what I did to her. She's normal with one side, but she usually shows the destructive side around me.
Zadira: Isn't she the one with two personalities? One normal, the other one...angry?
Greyson: Worthy opponent. The hammer she has with her constantly is...very strong...and can do damage.

You may be wondering what this 'hammer' that Willow has with her is doing in my story. Let me just remind you that my story is Fiction/Fantasy-ish/Romance. So it is not based on reality. You'll understand it better later, but every human has a spirit animal, or Ecko. Everyone has one, but most do not know it (most means 98% of people in this case), and everyone is different; different animal, different powers, different weapons. And in this case, Willow's weapon is the hammer you just heard about. And that's as far as I will go on that for now.

NOAH
Raine: I've known him for a while, I think. He's smart, and really calm. He likes Willow, and it's pretty obvious.
Evan: Noah is such a smarty pants. Which makes him awesome. He understands almost everything, even me.
Willow: Noah thinks I like him. Yeah right! Which is why I need to teach him another lesson...*starts to pull out hammer* (Raine: Oh no...not again...)
Faith & Hope: He's boring. He doesn't like our 'jokes'. But we have decided he will be our next victim. >:)
Moe: He's so smart! and he doesn't tease me about how small I am! I like him!
Zadira: He's cute...but not as cute as Evan. Besides, he likes that Willow girl.
Greyson: Intelligent, but not when it comes to Willow.

FAITH & HOPE
Raine: They make me laugh. I've always liked twins, especially these two.
Evan: They get smart with their pranks. They're always up to no good. But so am I.
Willow: The pranksters. They're cool. They haven't messed with me yet.
Noah: Very mischievous. It's hard to know what they're up to. Even I can't figure out their plans.
Moe: They always have this smile on their face. It's good and all to be happy like me, but they don't smile like a normal person does...
Zadira: I hate those twins. they jinxed the toilet last week so I had toilet water all over me. >:( Girls aren't supposed to do that! Evan saw me soaked!
Greyson: They made the toilet explode on Zadira. I enjoyed that.

MOE
Raine: He's so short and cute. He's older than me, but I don't tease him like Evan does. He always has a smile on his face. :)
Evan: He looks just like a second grader! It's funny because he acts like one too.
Willow: That annoying Moe doesn't know when to stop talking! Grrr...
Noah: Small, but he already know that. He's been teased too much.
Faith & Hope: He's tiny. It's funny to see him try to grab his cookies from us.
Zadira: Shouldn't he be in Elementary School?
Greyson: He's frightened of me. I guess that could be a good thing.

ZADIRA
Raine: Zadira doesn't like me very much. Mostly when I'm around "her" Evan. But I'm sure she has a good side to her...
Evan: Ugh...she won't stop talking about me. She threatens Raine a lot. Which makes sense because she follows Chaos.
Willow: Pretty on the outside, but I don't even want to know what's going on in the inside.
Noah: She's obsessed with Evan. It's completely normal for a girl to like a guy, but...she's overdone it.
Faith & Hope: Oh her? Loved the face when the toilet exploded. Priceless.
Moe: I don't seem to notice her a lot. All I know is that she's really pretty, and stuck to Evan.
Greyson: She's not what she looks like. Blonde, defiantly. But smart...? I also don't understand why she likes Evan, and why she joined Chaos's side.

Note: Chaos or 'The Dark Lord' is the leader of the Evil Side. (And man is he powerful...o_o)

GREYSON
Raine: He may look like Evan, but he's not even close to matching him. He's also misunderstood, not evil and mean as everyone thinks.
Evan: My older twin doesn't know when to stop flirting and taking Raine away. >:(
Willow: Evan's twin who's on Chaos's side, right? He's so mean...which is why he knows my hammer very well.
Noah: He's desperate. He thinks that everyone knows him as 'Evan's Clone' which is not true. I think that is why he changed sides.
Faith & Hope: Nowhere near being the same as Evan like both of us are the same.
Moe: He's SCARY! He likes to be with Raine which I do not approve of!
Zadira: You'd think he'd be just as cute and fun as Evan, but he's not. He'd "rather be by himself" he says. Why do I have to work with him?

Just as I predicted, my hands are about to fall off. I hope you appreciate what I typed here at least a little! No worries if you are completely lost in all the things I have talked about. I will explain later in other posts. It just might not come as fast as you want it. Well, that's all I wanted to talk to now...wait...that's not the real time, right? SHOOT it is! Um, no time for formal goodbyes, so TOODLES!

Story Time!

I'M BACK! It's been a couple of days since I wrote my last post. I am proud to say that I have not forgotten about it yet. Which reminds me...I said at the end of my second post I would mention my story I hope to turn into a published book. Well here I am procrastinating on homework once again...so I mine as well talk about SOMETHING.
Aha! I'm getting used to spacing now instead of tabbing. But that might affect me in my computer class...but I could care less. Anyways, to start off, I should tell you my story has a lot of detail to it and it may be hard to follow for some 'special' people out there (don't worry, I'm special too! ^_^).
Okie Dokie...well...my mind just went blank. WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN?! I had something to type perfectly, then my brain decided to think about homework. Stupid Brain >.<. It'll come back to me soon, I'm sure. But for now, I will just have to talk about my characters (Which are made by ME, thank you very much).

  • Raine Emery: Main character; narrator of the story. I am Raine, to tell the truth, and we look the same as well. The only difference is our hair and eye color (Green eyes, Auburn hair). Need I say more?
  • Evan Stone: Younger twin of Greyson. Black hair...blue eyes...hot...He's always happy :) He is very protective of the people that he loves (*ahem* HINT OF WHO HE LIKES IS ABOVE ^^^^ just to let ya know =^.^=)
  • Willow Pierce: Has two personalities. Yeah, I know you don't hear that every day, but being different is good! Back to Willow- Her two personalities consist of that friendly, sweet side, but when somebody gets on her nerve (Noah) she immediately switches to her destructive side. Hehe, it's fun when she's like that. Willow has that hairstyle that Alice Cullen had in the first couple of movies, that layered bob flipped upwards or something like that. (Black hair, blue eyes)
  • Noah Ray: The smarty pants of the characters. I might explain later why he is so smart. But for now I'll tell you he likes Willow, I mean LIKE likes her. And he shows it. He thinks Willow has feelings for him too, but she denies it and out comes that other side. Noah is a pretty calm dude, and has sandy blonde hair and hazel eyes.
  • Moe Fields: Oh, Moe. So much to say about him. He has a problem with his body, making him look like a second grader almost. He still acts like a little kid, even though he's older than most everyone else in the group. He's so dang cute though! Just had to say it. I've debated whether he should have blonde or red hair, but his hair will be wavy, and his huge eyes dark brown.
  • Faith and Hope Avery: Okay, so I've got this thing for twins. What can I say? I love twins! I thought of Faith and Hope always as the mischievous type. They're the pranksters, and they love doing it. Whenever I imagine them, they always make me laugh. I think  their hair will be in low pigtails most the time, brown/blonde hair, brown eyes.
  • Greyson Stone: Evan's older twin. Looks just like Evan (of course), but his personality isn't even close. He's mysterious, unreadable, and coy. He has a thing for Raine. He wants to be himself, not a clone of Evan. That's why he isn't on their side. >:)
  •  Zadira Knight: Love the name, but not the person, personally. I made her because she needs to create problems (love tension! DUH DUH DUH!) She's almost like a barbie doll, outside she's perfect in every way. But on the inside...I don't wanna go there. She's a wanna-be girlfriend for Evan, and DESPISES Raine because she's around him too much.   She is also on the 'other side'. That...pretty much sums her up. She has long blonde hair, blue eyes (just like a barbie!).
MAN my hands hurt from typing all that in under two minutes. As you can see, that is a VERY rough sketch of my characters written in two minutes. You might be asking, why are there two sets of twins? Why do the hot twins like YOU?! What is the 'other side'? I don't even care about this! Well, let me answer those questions for you. There are two sets of twins because as I mentioned before, I have this thing for twins. They're cool. The Stone twins 'like' me because...well I'm just me. I don't know why. The 'other side' is the 'dark side'. As for the last one...that isn't even a question.
As you might have already noticed, the address for my blog is Raine Emery. Now you might know why I put that as the address. If you just looked at the address bar and found that out, congratulations! You learned something today! Don't you just feel so proud of yourself?
That's all the time I have for right now (awww...). But I hope you have learned something more of the story I plan to write in the near future. Oh yeah, I have to do homework still...*shivers* I hate homework.

There is so much I could talk about...

...but I don't know what I should write about.
Many authors advise you to write random stuff to create flow in the brain if you're in a situation like me: mind blank.
So, I will type random stuff down. Maybe in a minute or two a lightbulb will pop out of nowhere above my head, and then I'll write about somewhat interesting stuff. Maybe.
GAH!!! I'm so used to hitting the tab key right after hitting the 'enter' button, but here it brings me to the bottom selections. Note to self: If you have a strong desire to be angry, keep hitting the tab button. It will succeed in making you frustrated.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5,....HA! Five spaces in place of the tab. So where was I? OH YEAH  random stuff. So you know how there's a lot of judging going on right now? Well, I've been a victim of it in many cases:

  1. I have been perceived as "smart" in many cases, and as you can tell by my HUGE vocabulary, I am OBVIOUSLY the next Einstein. It's funny 'cause that's how people usually see me, other than quiet. I hold in a laugh whenever everybody asks me, "Sara! What's this question?! I'm not smart enough to know this! I DIDN'T STUDY!" but then I respond with a very professor-like voice: "*ahem*....I DON'T KNOW. SORRY." Then they all give me a face that looks somewhat like this: O.o...or this: -_- (I obviously didn't answer their question correctly...)
  2.  One major thing they see me as that ANNOYS THE CRAP OUTTA ME: Quiet, or as they put it in personality wise, shy. Let me get one thing strait: If you think I am quiet in any way, you apparently don't know me well enough. They ALWAYS say something like: "Sara, you're too quiet! Speak up!" Whenever I hear that, somehow I get the feeling I want to punch something. But I don't, of course. I'm "too nice"... ha ha...right...
  3. Everybody that I meet cannot, and I repeat, CANNOT imagine me mean. Maybe because I switch moods: When I'm with friends, I'm happy, LOUD, and always joking around. When I'm with people I just barely met, I tend to be nice and yes...quiet (I hate that word...>.<). When I'm with my family...uh, let's just say I can get...different than what people would see me as.
Oh! A lightbulb just popped out of nowhere! Yay! So I guess writing random stuff did actually work. Anyways, I was reminded of this morning when it was pouring down rain. The girls in my carpool sat dismayed (thanks dictionary.com for the word!) and pondered why I was smiling during the ride to my infamous school. Two of the girls already knew why, but the others still wondered, puzzled, over what was so great.
Well, the answer to that was the rain. I'm in a deep love with rain, lightning, thunder, anything that has to do with storms. I've always disliked the sun. It makes everything almost seem in slow-mo, and plus it's just plain hot, and makes everything smelly. Rain, on the other hand, gives the earth a "shower" and makes everything smell so nice. I love the feeling it gives you when... *rambles on about rain which you clearly do not want to hear*
WOW I lost track of time! I gotsta get ready for kar-at-e. Fun, fun. Well, I'll talk to you in my next post! TOODLES (they said toodles was spelled wrong...they wanted to change it to noodles...that made my day for some reason tehe:3)

Second post!

Hey, whadd'ya know? I actually remembered the blog I created late last night with my buddies. I wasn't sure exactly how to start one, but it seemed to work out okay for now.
I hope you've realized something I love to do from the last post: Write!!! Yup. I'd rather write than read. Although I'm not professional at it, I enjoy it immensely. For example, if you told me to write, I'd be way ahead of you. Maybe even thirty words in already. Okay, maybe not THAT much.
I've been writing ever since I can remember. It's my passion. I can escape that horrible and cruel reality whenever I do. If you know me, you know that I have a strong hate for reality. It's so restricted! But I guess it's sometimes a good thing, because we wouldn't have imagination without it. And trust me, imagination is another big thing in my life. I wouldn't be writing anything without it.
As you have probably noticed, I have more of a 'casual' and 'laid back' writing style. I used to have more of a poetic and detailed writing style, but that just didn't seem like me, and it was too much for my brain to handle. Now I go back to some of my pieces of writing, and immediately I do not recognize it, and my brain wants to take a break ASAP. I usually ask myself, "Did I actually write that?" But I still don't remember a thing about it. It's really fun to see what yourself wrote back then, though. Maybe have a good laugh about it. Especially when things get cheesy.
Looking back on my earlier stories, I have noticed that the words go by very slow writing them, but really fast reading them. That's why I have much respect for those authors that make the words flow just as slow as they want them to. I can't do that yet. For me, the words are speedy fast. I read through them, and they just zip past my eyes, and then I realize: Wait-- did all that just really happen that fast? So, I've got work to do. But that's okay, writing is not work for me. It's a favorite pastime.
Whoa, that's a lot of words ^ ...but I still have so much to say! And your brain may be aching now...oh well. I wanted to tell you about the ideas and stories that I have had, and the novel I am working on right now. But I will tell you later. I imagine that I might just write a part of my story soon. Yay!

Saturday, October 1, 2011

Well I just started a blog...

Okay, so you know those types of people who start things, but usually don't become too involved with it and never seem to finish it? Yeah, well at times I'm that type of person. But maybe this time I might be able to continue with this...if I don't forget about it.
Two besties of mine introduced me to blogging. I have never really thought of committing to one, or even starting one. But look what I'm doing now...Blogging! Yaaay...! So let us rejoice in the beginning of my many (or few) posts.
So, to start, I guess I should introduce myself:
Name: Sara!
Favorite color: Silver...or green is cool too.
